Once a product key has been redeemed or activated, the return request will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Refund Policy-
If your item is eligible for return, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within this 30-day period.
No refund will be granted if the product key has already been redeemed or activated.
Exchange Policy-
Due to the nature of digital products, exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances once the product is delivered.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
- Refunds are applicable only if the purchased antivirus software does not function due to technical errors or licensing issues.
- If product key is not delivered within the stated timeframe, you are eligible to get full refund.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Activated or Used Product Keys cannot be refunded, as they are permanently linked to the user’s account once used.
